CLEAR FILM SCREEN PRINTS:
Pre press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. Press with heavy pressure 330°F for 10 seconds. Hot Peel
SINGLE COLOR SCREEN PRINTS:
Pre press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Press with heavy pressure 325°F - 350°F for 7-10 seconds. Hot Peel
PUFF SCREEN PRINTS:
Pre-Press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles 360-370° medium/firm pressure for 5 seconds, hot peel
HIGH HEAT FULL COLOR SCREEN PRINTS:
Pre press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. Press with heavy pressure 375°F for 7 seconds. Hot Peel
DTF TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre press garment for 5-7 seconds, Press with heavy pressure 302°F - 320°F for 12-15 seconds. Set aside to cool, when cool to touch peel the clear transfer paper. Press again at same temp with butcher/parchment paper covering design for 5-8 seconds remove covering immediately.
DTF TRANSFER HOT PEEL INSTRUCTIONS: Pre Press garment for 5 seconds at 290-315 degrees to remove any moisture and wrinkles. Press Transfer on shirt for 15 seconds at 290-315 degrees with FIRM pressure, Instant Hot Peel the film, and finish press for 5 seconds using teflon or parchment paper.
UV DTF DECAL/WRAP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
16oz UV DTF Decal/Wraps Permanent and waterproof, no heat needed. Please note not colors will vary compared to this image mock-up due to screen monitor. Not all brands of 16oz have the same size measurements, you may need to cut and adjust wrap/decal as necessary.
Application Instructions:
1. Make sure your glass cup/surface is clean and dry before applying transfer
2. Before removing white backing, scrape the design with a squeege to ensure entire design transfers to the clear film correctly.
3. Peel the transfer off the white backing. Line transfer onto glass cup or surface to your liking. (Please note adhesive is extremely strong, once the transfer sticks it's almost impossible to take off)
4. Rub over the entire design heavily with fingers or a squeege tool pushing any air bubbles out.
5. Peel clear film off slowly and you are done!
UV DTF Wraps and Decals are not microwave, or dishwasher safe. Hand wash only using cool water let air dry.
